Return Policy
1. The putter must be in good condition to be returned.
2. Email info@FaceTheHoleGolf.com requesting a Return Authorization.
3. When you receive your Return Authorization Number, package your putter and send it to: Face The Hole Golf at 3217 E Carson Street #165, Lakewood, CA 90712.
4. When we receive your putter we will inspect that it is in good condition and initiate the refund, notifying you via email. We will then immediately refund your credit card. The length of time it takes for your refund to appear on your credit card statement depends on your bank but it should usually appear between three to five days.
What to do if you got the wrong length and need to exchange for the proper length for you.
1. The putter must be in good condition to be exchanged.
2. Email info@FaceTheHoleGolf.com requesting a Return Authorization for the exchange.
3. When you receive your Return Authorization Number, package your putter and send it to: Face The Hole Golf at 3217 E Carson Street #165, Lakewood, CA 90712.
4. When we receive your putter we will inspect that it is in good condition and initiate the exchange, notifying you via email. Your new putter will be sent to you as soon as possible and we will take care of the shipping cost.
